From its location on the 10th floor of the 12-story condominium building Village Green West, which is currently under construction, the full-floor residence has views of One World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan. “You can see through the West Village, SoHo and TriBeCa to the Financial District,” said listing agent Justin Tuinstra of Douglas Elliman. The views are protected by zoning laws. The more than 3,000-square-foot apartment has four bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms. A 50-foot great room, which boasts a southern exposure, includes a dining area and a sunroom. Two of the bedroom suites feature balconies. The property is being developed by Alfa Developments and will target LEED Gold Certification. The apartment has a state-of-the-art central heating and cooling system with the monthly costs included in the common charges. The electric bill will amount to only about $500 per year, according to Tuinstra. Building amenities will include a 24-hour concierge, a rooftop garden and a wellness center with a gym, a lounge, a sauna and a treatment room. Completion is expected in February.
