The San Francisco-based Paragon Real Estate Group has released an interactive map of the city's median home sales prices by neighborhood. These six areas have the highest median house price: 1.      Pacific Heights: $6,525,000 2.      Cow Hollow: $5,050,000 3.      Sea Cliff: $3,900,000 4.      Marina: $3,800,000 5.      Cole Valley-Ashbury Heights: $2,750,000 6.      Noe & Eureka Valleys: $2,200,000 Other neighborhoods in addition to Pacific Heights can be particularly pricey for condominiums. These areas include Russian Hill, Nob Hill, South Beach and Yerba Buena, according to Patrick Carlisle, Paragon's chief market analyst. The sale of new construction condominiums in 2014 and 2015 increased the median and average values in some neighborhoods, including Potrero Hill, Hayes Valley, Mission Dolores and the Market Street corridor, according to Paragon's analysis.
