A 14,500-acre resort-style ranch in Sulphur Bluff, Texas, doesn’t have an actual listing price, but brokers for the property predict it will easily sell for tens of millions.

"We expect to receive up to $50 million," said Bernard Uechtritz, listing agent of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty.

Known as "The Reserve," the property, which first landed on the market last year, includes 46 bedrooms and 50 bathrooms in multiple suites and guest houses, surrounded by oak trees, waterways, lakes, pasture land, as well as a 17-acre vineyard.

While currently a resort, Mr. Uechtritz said it could be turned into a single-family home, among other possibilities.

The vast ranch offers hunting, fishing, shooting and other outdoor adventures. Additionally, it boasts a 50,000-gallon temperature-controlled swimming pool, multiple professional kitchens, a wine vault and cellar with storage for 2,800 bottles, as well as full service spa and salon, according to the listing.

"It’s a unique, one-of-a-kind, and probably the largest world-class hunting and sporting retreat," Mr. Uechtritz said.

The property can be operated off-grid, with its own power generator, security and fiber optic network.

Located about 90 miles from Dallas, The Reserve is minutes away from a 5,000-foot jet landing strip.

The ranch was once owned by a prince of Liechtenstein and Steve Hageman, chairman of The Hageman Group, which is a leading agricultural company in corn and soybean production and distribution purchased the land in 2005, according to the Houston Chronicle.

The Hageman family spent several years to upgrade the ranch and opened it as a membership resort since 2014.

The Indianapolis-based family is trying to divest their Texas assets, hence the reason for this sale, according to Mr. Uechtritz.
