CityRealty has released its latest CityRealty 100 Index tracking the top 100 condominium buildings, based on “[s]everal factors—including a building’s sales history, prominence and CityRealty’s rating for the property.” One57, progenitor of Billionaire Row’s building boom, tops the index, which tracks property performance for the second and third quarter of 2015, with the highest average price per square foot ($6,010) and the second-most sales over the past 12 month period (37). 15 Central Park West ($5,726 per square foot) and the Residences at the Mandarin Oriental ($5,629 per square foot) came in second and third, respectively.
