It’s a price cut that’s sure to bring a ‘smize’ to your face. Variety reports that supermodel, entrepreneur and reality TV producer Tyra Banks has reduced the asking price for her multi-level Beverly Hills mansion by more than 10%. The property, a Spanish Colonial built in 1926, was purchased by Banks in 2004 for $3.085 million. The publication notes that she placed the property on the market “just over a month ago” at a price of $7.75 million, but has cut the sales tag to $6.9 million. What will nearly $7 million buy you?
