Location:  Santa Fe, N.M.

Price:  $13.9 million Located near Las Campanas, a resort community in Santa Fe, this luxury ranch spans 220 acres. Architect Robin Gray built the main house in 2002. The property belonged to country singer Randy Travis and his wife Elizabeth at the time. The couple has since divorced, and the ranch now belongs to Elizabeth, according to listing agent Bob Cardinale of Sotheby’s International Realty. Known as “The Travis Ranch,” the property features an 8,750-square-foot adobe house, as well as a separate guesthouse. “The home has an incredible amount of detail,” said Cardinale. The floors are a mix of South American hardwood and tiles from farmhouses in France. The ceilings are covered with hand-stitched leather; many have carved wooden beams and corbels. There is a separate TV production studio with a gym and a makeup suite, in addition to a bowling alley and a shooting range. The heated barn has 12 stalls, grooming facilities, corrals and pens. The ranch includes an orchard with fruit trees, a climate-controlled greenhouse, a bus garage and a heated swimming pool. Elizabeth Travis is selling the ranch because she has moved to a smaller home in central Santa Fe, according to Cardinale. She was not available for comment.
