Save

Location:  Beverly Hills, Calif.

Price:  $15.95 million This contemporary home is built on a 22,000-square-foot corner lot in the flats of Beverly Hills. The house is one of the last single-family homes designed by the late Mexican architect Ricardo Legorreta, according to listing agent Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker. “It truly feels like a piece of art,” said Mills, who is co-listing the property with Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland. The home is adorned in vibrant colors, a signature of Legoretta’s style. The walls are painted shades of orange and purple. Glass walls open the rooms to the outdoors. The 10,000-square-foot house has three bedrooms, including what is now used as a gym, in addition to a home office and a workshop. The foyer features a high ceiling with a skylight and a reflecting pool. There is a 66-foot-long swimming pool in the backyard, as well as a guesthouse with a kitchenette. Mills declined to disclose the names of the owners, but said the couple are selling the house because they are looking for a ranch-style property that can accommodate their horses.
