111 Murray Street is calling on Manhattan’s jetsetters. The not-yet-built condominium in TriBeCa will include a concierge that can arrange private travel for residents in as little as four hours, whether their destination is Southampton, South Beach or the South of France. The building is offering preferred rate Sky Cards from luxury jet broker Blue Star Jets, which gives cardholders access to private jets, choppers, car services and hotels nearly anywhere in the world, according to a press release from the developers.

Access to private jets costs from $112,500 to $170,000 for 25 hours of flying time; helicopter privileges will cost $30,000. Without this preferred rate, residents would pay between $125,000 and $188,000.

The concept of a lifestyle concierge isn’t new. Lifestyle management firms like Luxury Attaché offer hotel-like services to residents of high-end Manhattan buildings, which can include making travel arrangements. Sales for 111 Murray Street launched four months ago and the building is now more than 50% sold. Unit prices range from $2 million to more than $18 million. Completion is expected in early 2018.
