A multi-million-pound flat close to London’s Hyde Park received a £2 million (US$2.67 million) price cut Thursday, lowering its asking price to £10 million (US$13.37 million).

The two-bedroom property in the capital’s Bayswater neighborhood first hit the market in October for £12 million (US$16.04 million), and included in the sale is the property’s very classic furniture and decor along with two luxury cars.

"Very unusually, the available package includes four off-street car parking spaces and two cars, a luxurious Bentley Continental and a very rare Alfa Romeo SZ "Il Mostro" (the monster), one of reportedly 1,036 SZs built between 1989 and 1991," said Brendan Roberts, director of Aylesford International, who is handling the listing. Prices for a new Bentley Continental start at $198,500 and in November, a 1991 Alfa Romeo SZ sold at auction in California for $65,000.

The home is situated on Hyde Park Gardens—a street that’s just a stone's throw from Hyde Park proper—with access to its own private communal gardens. It has high ceilings, two balconies and views of Hyde Park. Mr. Roberts called it a "wonderfully elegant flat."

The seller is an "elderly gentleman," Mr. Roberts said, "who has owned the flat for some years and spends much of his time abroad."

This isn't the first listing to include a set of wheels or two to woo potential buyers. In Hong Kong, a new development is currently offering a free Tesla to the first five buyers to purchase a four-bedroom apartment costing HK$38 million (US$4.87 million) in the tower. Last year, in Brisbane, Australia, a modern villa came complete with a 1993 Porsche Carrera 911, worth $100,000.
