Fancy bumping into one of Donald Trump’s sons in the lobby in the morning to talk business? Then you might want to pick yourself up an apartment in an exclusive Upper East Side co-op building.

Two apartments on the same floor as the home of Donald Trump Jr. (eldest son of President-Elect Donald Trump) in the Sovereign in Sutton Place, a posh enclave close to the East River, have hit the market.

Alongside his brother Eric Trump, Donald Trump Jr. is widely rumored to take the helms of the Trump Organization as their father heads to the White House and speculation grows that sister Ivanka Trump will take on a first lady-like role.

However, while the apartments (a 2,800-square-foot, three-bed asking $2.695 million and a 1,400-square-foot, one-bed asking $1.249 million) are on the same floor as Donald Trump Jr., they are sectioned off by separate elevator banks.

It is unlikely that Donald Trump Jr. will want to pick up any more apartments in the Sovereign—even if they’re on the same floor. He already acquired three adjacent apartments since 2009, giving him approximately 6,000 square feet of space and costing around $4.2 million altogether, city property records show.

The 38-year-old, who has been working on his father’s presidential transition team, lives there with his wife of more than a decade, former model Vanessa Trump, and their five children.

The two apartments for sale on the same floor used to be one larger home, but were separated by the current owner (they could not be identified), who has lived there since the 1970s and are looking to downsize, according to listing agent Leslie Axman of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

"They can easily be put back together. The Sovereign is very renovation friendly," she said.

Donald Trump Jr. is not the only famous resident of the Sovereign, where amenities include around-the-clock concierge and doormen. Other well- known residents include opera singers Plácido and Marta Domingo and Securities and Exchange Commission chair Mary-Jo White, according to city property records.
