A mansion in the affluent northern Dallas neighborhood of Preston Hollow that’s a near replica of the White House has sold after four years on the market and a series of price changes.

The look-alike property changed hands last week and was most recently asking $10.9 million, according to listing records.

Mansion Global could not determine the final sale price of the home or the identity of the buyer.

Set on 3.3 acres, the four-bedroom estate spans more than 16,000 square feet and has high ceilings, a two-story grand foyer with French limestone floors, 18th century marble and limestone fireplace mantels, a custom bar room, a home theater and a climate-controlled wine cellar with a tasting area, according to the listing with Diane and Becky Gruber of Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, who did not respond to a request for comment.

The grounds also have a pool, a Koi pond, a tennis court and two outdoor loggias.
