This waterfront spec house sits on a fairly quiet road that’s still close to Miami Beach nightlife.
"It’s brand-new construction with 12-foot ceilings on the first floor and 11-foot ceilings on the second floor," said listing agent Nelson Gonzalez.
"It has all kinds of amenities that come with a new house, including two wine cellars—one for whites, one for reds," he said. "There is a music system for inside and outdoors."
You enter the house through a grand two-story atrium with dramatic 30-foot-tall ceilings and exposed rafters.
"The second you walk in the front door you see all the way through the house to the bay," Mr. Gonzalez said.

The furnishings are not included, but could be negotiated in a separate deal, Mr. Gonzalez said.

The La Gorce Country Club, which has an 18-hole golf course as well as tennis and swimming, is nearby.
