A mansion under construction in Miami Beach, Florida, being built for Russian-born Victoria's Secret model Vita Sidorkina and her husband, Italian-born developer, Valerio Morabito, is now up for grabs for $26 million.
Dubbed Canal House, the glass-and-stone estate on Sunset Island is being developed by Mr. Morabito.

"I built the modern house for us, but my wife loves the traditional style house we currently live in," Mr. Morabito said. That’s why he put the mansion, slated for completion in the summer, on the market Thursday with brokerage Douglas Elliman.
The couple owns a house nearby.
Mr. Morabito, 43, acquired the property in 2012 for $5.6 million, per public records. He then demolished the old house and commissioned architects Max Strang and Michele Bonan to design the contemporary residence.
Inspired by its natural landscape, the mansion by the ocean features an entryway surrounded by reflective ponds and gardens, a first floor elevated 13 feet above sea level, a six-car garage, a 90-foot pool and 150 feet of water frontage.
The 10,100 square feet of interior living space includes six bedrooms, six bathrooms, three powder rooms, a kitchen equipped with Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, a formal dining room that seats 12, two media rooms, a gym, a wine cellar and two guest suites, according to the listing.
The three-quarters of an acre lot is one of the largest in Miami Beach, said listing agent Eloy Carmenate, who is handling the sale with colleague Mick Duchon.
"The tropical modern house really stands out with its completely clear glass exterior framed by teak wood and stone. It’s one that will go down in Miami architecture history," Mr. Carmenate said.
Mr. Morabito has previously developed a townhouse on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, which was sold to Chinese real estate mogul Xin Zhang for $26 million in 2013.
Ms. Sidorkin, 23, modeled in the 2015 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show and recently appeared in the 2018 "Sports Illustrated" Swimsuit issue.
