In West Hollywood, a Spanish-style estate owned by R&B star Usher has returned to the market with a freshly slimmed down price tag of $3.75 million.

The house first hit the market in February with an asking price of $4.2 million.

Listing records show the home debuted its new price in the middle of last month, before its status was changed to "pending sale" a matter of days later. By the end of July, the villa had returned to the market once more.

The five-bedroom house dates to 1926 and has been "artfully restored" according to the listing with Timothy Enright of The Enright Co., who declined to comment. It’s located on the same block as the landmark Chateau Marmont Hotel.

Original details like stenciled beams and handcrafted ironwork are paired with more modern features like a chef's kitchen, a theater and a guest suite to form the 4,261-square-foot property.

The house was last purchased in 2015 for $3.36 million by a limited liability corporation which lists Usher as its chief executive officer, secretary and chief financial officer, according to listing records.

Usher, 39, whose given name is Usher Raymond IV, has won eight Grammy Awards and 18 Billboard Music Awards. He’s had nine No. 1 singles on Billboard’s Hot 100, including "Yeah!," "U Got It Bad" and "OMG."

An inquiry to his representatives was not returned.

The Los Angeles Times first reported the listing.
