The glitzy seaside enclave of the Hamptons is famous for its expensive real estate, and while traditional shingled architecture is the area’s most famous style, there are also plenty of contemporary endeavors, too.

Take the house on Flying Point Road in Water Mill, New York, a prime example of luxurious and contemporary style. Still under construction, the ultra-modern property is asking $32 million.

The 11,000-square-foot waterfront structure—the combined efforts of developers Sage Wood Construction Corp, Barnes Coy Architects and Italian designer Massimo Castagna—sits on a 2.86 acre lot and will have nine bedrooms and 11-and-a-half bathrooms. It’s being marketed by Zachary and Cody Vichinsky of Bespoke Real Estate.

"This is a very sexy house," Cody Vichinsky said. "The thought that went into this has been years in the making," he added.

Naturally—given its price tag—the home will come with more than just bedrooms galore. There’ll be retractable walls of glass, a formal dining room, guest quarters, an entertainment room, a gym, an elevator and a six-car garage.

There will be multiple terraces, but the primary one will be the elevated, 3,142-square-foot space that’s set to hold an infinity edge pool and an outdoor kitchen. The roof deck, meanwhile, will have views of the surrounding Mecox Bay, Channel Pond and the Atlantic Ocean.

Plus there’ll be a sunken tennis court and a private dock.

Cody Vichinsky described the house as a sweet spot in the market, "If you can accommodate water, square footage and tennis, you’ve really hit the trifecta," he said.

The house is expected to be completed in a year.
