Two mega-million-dollar estates on South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach, Florida, not far from President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago on the same street known as Billionaire’s Row, have hit the market for about $60 million apiece.

The pricier of the two, a new build for $61.5 million, sits on 1.93 acres with about 200 feet frontage on the Atlantic Ocean and 180 feet of frontage on Lake Worth, according to the listing with Jay Dewing and Morgan Atkins of Sotheby’s International Realty posted Thursday.

The 22,975-square-foot home has seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms and features water views throughout. The main level includes a modern, white marble-and-quartz kitchen with mahogany cabinetry and a circular breakfast nook, a dining room, a family room with a fireplace, a library, a lounge with a bar, a living room with chevron-patterned wood floors and a fireplace. The living and family rooms lead to water-view loggias and terraces.

Occupying the lower level are a theater, a massage room, a sauna, an exercise area, and a cabana with an open-air bar and loggia.

There is also a four-car garage, an infinity pool with spa and a standalone guesthouse, according to the listing.

The estate, per property records, is owned by Keith Frankel, 52, chief executive of Vitaquest International LLC, a vitamin and diet supplement manufacturer. He purchased the property for $15.9 million in 2007 and demolished the old house to build the new mansion.

A request for comment sent to his company wasn’t immediately answered.

A few houses south of Mr. Frankel’s mansion is a 24,600-square-foot estate that was listed for $59 million Wednesday. Sitting on 2.25 acres of ocean-to-Intracoastal land, the European-style villa has seven bedrooms, 19 bathrooms, a library, a formal dining room, and a living room with French doors opening to a terrace, according to the listing with Cristina Condon, also of Sotheby’s International Realty.

The home also includes a billiards room, a chef’s kitchen, a wine cellar and staff quarters. Design details are exhibited in the coffered ceilings, stone fireplaces and gilt-embossed leather walls throughout the home.

Outdoors, there are loggias, terraces, a courtyard, formal gardens, a pool, a dock on the lake, a six-car garage, as well as a guest and pool house, according to the listing.

The owner, whose identify is shielded by a limited liability company, bought the property for $33.6 million in 2005, property records show.

A request for comment left with the property’s point of contact as listed on public records wasn’t returned in time for publication.

Sotheby’s declined to comment on both of the listings.
