True Religion jeans founder Kym Gold has put her traditional-style estate in Encino, Los Angeles, on the market for $9.995 million, Mansion Global has learned.
The entrepreneur known for her brand of pricey celebrity-favored blue jeans has been snapping up homes around La La Land, adding her touch and flipping them a few years later. Ms. Gold listed this particular home, a two-story white mansion and guest house set on a landscaped one-acre lot, on Friday.

She bought the home in 2015 for $6.3 million, property records show.
The gated seven-bedroom property is set back from the street by a large front yard that provides “extreme privacy,” said listing agent TJ Paradise of Sotheby’s International Realty.
The front door opens into a foyer with a sweeping curved staircase that Ms. Gold has accented with golden baubles. The first floor spans several sitting areas, a large chef’s kitchen and laundry room.

French doors lead out into a back patio and pool area with a large pergola-covered outdoor kitchen, according to images of the home.
Beyond the backyard terrace, Ms. Gold has laid out the two-story detached guest house as a gym space, with gritty motivational declarations like “You earn your body,” and an office. She’s also planted the back garden with yellow and red roses.
This is one of several homes that the serial entrepreneur has redone and sold. She reportedly flipped a Spanish-style house in Malibu in 2015 for $18.45 million.
“The seller’s ready to move on to the next little project,” Mr. Paradise said.
Ms. Gold could not immediately be reached for comment.
