Robert and Cortney Novogratz, the designer duo known as The Novogratz, has put their remodeled Los Angeles home on the market for $12.9 million.

The couple, who starred in reality shows including Bravo’s "9 By Design" in 2009 and HGTV’s 13-episode "Home by Novogratz" in 2011, bought the 1920s home for $3.725 million in 2015, property records show.

Like they’ve done on their TV shows, the Novogratzes made the purchase a new design project and completely reimagined it by mixing old Hollywood charm and contemporary sophistication, according to the listing posted earlier this week.

Their funky, downtown-chic style is evidenced throughout the 7,732-square-foot residence, featuring hardwood floors, steel windows, steel and glass doors, traditional fireplaces, practical modern furnitures and marble counters.

The home has four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and large entertaining spaces with soaring ceilings. Outdoors, the 0.42-acre tree-lined property includes terraced gardens, spa and saltwater pool, a kitchen and dining area and a four-car garage.

"The architecture and design combined with the large flat pad and great views makes it a rare and unique property," said Mauricio Umansky, listing agent and chief executive of The Agency.

The couple declined to comment on the sale.
