A 4.5-acre Southampton property that comes with a modern shingle-style beach house and 220 feet of direct ocean frontage has hit the market for $26.999 million.

Situated on Meadow Lane in Southampton, a popular summer playground for New York’s rich and famous, the 5,300-square-foot residence features a double-height foyer, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room and breakfast nook connecting to a chef’s kitchen, as well as six bedrooms and six bathrooms, according to the listing that was posted Tuesday by Erica Grossman of Douglas Elliman.

Ms. Grossman didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.

Perched amid dunes, the home boasts views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Shinnecock Bay through its large windows and two levels of terraces. It also has a heated pool with spa and a private walkway over the dunes.

The current owners, whose identities are shielded by a trust, couldn’t be reached for comment on the sale.

Meadow Lane, dubbed "Billionaire Lane" by Forbes, has the most expensive listing in the Hamptons, a 14-acre beachfront compound asking $150 million. The five-mile road even has a helipad for residents.
