A waterfront home is selling in the Sydney suburbs with a jetty large enough to dock a 90-foot boat and straight shot views of the Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House.

The four-bedroom, three-level home sits on the waterfront of Lavender Bay, a posh suburb directly across from downtown Sydney. It offers one of the largest deepwater moorings for a home in Sydney Harbour, according to the listing with Alison Coopes.

This is the first time the waterfront home has been on the market in 21 years—last selling for A$3 million (US$2.2 million) in 1996, according to property records.

Expressions of interest on the home close June 15, though Ms. Coopes wouldn’t say for how much the luxury home might sell. The property once traded hands for as much as A$4.25 ($3.17 million) in 1988, property records show.

The front terrace sits at the very edge of the water and leads out onto a private dock with room for a variety of watercraft, images of the home show. The terrace also encompasses the property’s outdoor entertaining area and a saltwater pool, where one can soak and take in the iconic Sydney skyline across the harbor.

To take advantage of the views, the home is completely glass fronted with large balconies running the width of the second and third levels. Inside, the first level is an open entertainment space with a dramatic black fire and dark stone tile floors. The floor has a full bar, kitchen, marble bathroom with a sauna and a guest room.

The home has a second, more formal lounge on the middle level with another full bar. Other amenities include a gym and a four-car driveway.
