More than one-third of the 15 most expensive ZIP Codes in the U.S. are in California, according to an annual Forbes ranking released this week. Comparatively, last year, New York and Florida dominated the list.
This year, the Forbes list was based on price data for more than 28,500 ZIPs covering 95% of the U.S. population.
Mansion Global combed the available listings in those areas and picked six luxurious homes in the top three most expensive ZIP Codes, as identified by Forbes.
