Late-night funnyman and "Saturday Night Live" alumnus Seth Meyers and his wife, Alexi, have just listed their West Village condo for $4.5 million.
The couple bought the two-bedroom apartment for $3.525 million in 2013, city records show. The renovated home has an enlarged entry foyer, a sunken living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a separate dining area with an open kitchen and hardwood floors and high ceilings.

It combines the "best of modern living with pre-war charm," according to the listing with Max J. Kozower of Maxwell Jacobs, Inc., who did not comment in time for publication.
The 128-unit condominium building on West 12th Street was built by developers Bing & Bing in 1931 and comes with a full time doorman and roof deck.

It’s unlikely that the couple will be on the hunt for new digs though. In 2016, they paid $7.519 million for a 3,200-square-foot co-op close to Washington Square Park. The five-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom duplex had formerly been home to "Weeds" star Mary-Louise Parker, city records show.
Mr. Meyers—who could not be reached for comment—is the host of "Late Night with Seth Meyers." In early 2016, NBC renewed the 43-year-old comedian's contract to remain as host through 2021.
