The 10-time Grammy winning singer, 26, has moved into a five bedroom townhouse in the West Village, where she plans to stay for the next 12 months while her Tribeca Penthouse undergoes a lavish interior design transformation.
The four-story townhouse, complete with an indoor pool and a two-story patio hasn’t come cheap. It is setting her back around $40,000 per month. This means Ms. Swift will have to shell out almost half a million dollars for a twelve month period.

According to New York-based agent Leslie J. Garfield, who previously had the property listed on their books, it is “one of the finest rental properties available in West Village.”
Features include a formal dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a lavish master bedroom suite with private roof terrace and a double height reception room with feature chandelier.
