A beachfront mansion at Longboat Key, Florida, is on the market for the first time in over a decade, with a price tag of $26.5 million.
The building has a total of 19,300-square feet-foot of air-conditioned living space, featuring a grand entrance hall with soaring ceilings, his and hers master suites and four additional bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, according to Michael Moulton, an agent at Michael Saunders & Company, which is handling the sale.
One very "sweet spot" of the home is an ice-cream parlor, which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Other impressive features include two elevators, a home theater, three-story terraces, an infinity edge pool and a 10-car garage.

Befittingly dubbed La Serenissima, meaning "the most serene" in Italian, the property is situated in an exclusive 1.18-acre enclave behind gated Longboat Key Club, according to Mr. Moulton, who has been marketing the property for about a month as a pocket listing.
"One need only take their first gaze across the sprawling infinity edge pool to the captivating views of The Gulf of Mexico and kaleidoscope sunsets to know that you have found the most serene and breathtaking spot on the west coast of Florida," Mr. Moulton said.
The current owners, a retired couple who declined to be interviewed for this story, spent five years building the Italian Renaissance-style home, which was completed in 2005, according to Mr. Moulton. The owners, who according to property records, have owned it since 1998, also hired many local interior designers for the woodworking, stained and etched glass, faux-painting and other design details, Mr. Moulton added.
