Actress Rose McGowan has sold her home in Los Angeles’s Hollywood Hills for $1.935 million, a little above the $1.9 million the house had been listed for since hitting the market in January.
The home sold two weeks ago, according to records with PropertyShark, to filmmaker Ariel Vromen.
Built in 1963, the 2,927-square-foot mid-century modern has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a double-sided fireplace and a downstairs guest suite.

The quarter-acre property also has a backyard with multiple seating areas, a fireplace, a fountain and a spa.
The house has a “groovy” aesthetic, according to Douglas Elliman’s Tracy Maltas, who was the listing agent for the property along with Gina Dickerson.
According to Ms. Maltas, Ms. McGowan decorated the house with furniture and details from the 1960s and 1970s. Although the furnishings were not sold to Mr. Vromen, features such as the light fixtures allow the house to retain some of that period charm.
A representative for Mr. Vromen did not respond to request for comment.
Ms. McGowan, 44, famed for her roles in the TV show “Charmed” and 2007’s movie “Planet Terror,” announced she planned to sell the home in order to pay for her legal battle against disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein. She most recently appeared in E!’s “Citizen Rose,” a docu-series focusing on her advocacy against sexual assault.
She purchased the home in November 2011 for $1.39 million, through a trust, property records show. A representative for Ms. McGowan did not respond to request for comment.
The buyer, Mr. Vromen, 45, wrote and directed the upcoming Netflix spy thriller “The Angel.”
Variety first reported the sale.
