An 11,000-square-foot penthouse at One Thousand Ocean, a luxury condominium at the southernmost point of Boca Raton, Florida, hit the market Tuesday, asking $13.95 million.

The commodious penthouse is believed to be the largest condominium unit on the market in Palm Beach County, according to Senada Adzem, listing agent of Douglas Elliman, citing data from the Multiple Listing Service. Mansion Global couldn’t independently verify the claim.

"The spacious penthouse is enhanced with 14-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding, impact glass doors opening up to oceanfront outdoor living," said Ms. Adzem, who was also a star on Bravo’s "Million Dollar Listing: Miami."

The indoor living space spans 6,909 square feet with views of the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Intracoastal Waterway to the west. It includes four bedrooms, five bathrooms, an open-floor-plan living room and a formal dining room, a family room, as well as a gourmet kitchen equipped with Sub-Zero and Miele appliances and European cabinetry.

Designed by Florida-based Garcia Stromberg and Belgium-based interior designer Esther Gutmer, the penthouse bespeaks a sleek, European contemporary style finished in natural hues with top-quality hardwood, slate, and marbles sourced around the world.

The outdoor balcony has a built-in grill, summer kitchen and room for a pool, according to Ms. Adzem.

The penthouse also comes with three parking spaces and membership to the Boca Raton Resort & Club, a Waldorf Astoria property that offers five-star amenities, including 13 restaurants, two golf courses, tennis courts, conference rooms and the Yacht Club.

"It’s not just a luxury residence, but also offers a world-class lifestyle," Ms. Adzem said.

The current owners used a limited liability to purchase the penthouse in 2011 for $10.4 million, property records show.

Ms. Adzem declined to disclose their identity, only pointing out that they have never lived in the penthouse after their purchase, as they own other homes and travel frequently around the world.

One Thousand Ocean, a seven-story, 52-residence building, was used as a backdrop in 2013 film "Parker" starring Jennifer Lopez (who played a real estate agent) and Jason Statham.
