The Las Vegas developer behind luxury condominium One Queensridge Place is selling his personal penthouse at the top of the 18-floor tower for $15 million—making it the most expensive home on the market in Sin City.

Yohan Lowie, founder and CEO of EHB Cos., built the three-floor apartment at One Queensridge—which opened in 2006—that brims with amenities, including a private rooftop pool and an eight-car garage with a separate two-bedroom chauffeur's suite.

The flashy interiors are a hybrid of Las Vegas show and Mr. Lowrie’s signature "Old World" European look, which he channels elsewhere in the condo tower’s main spaces and in the neighboring shopping center, Tivoli Village, which he also developed.

"It’s a reflection of his personal taste," said listing agent Kamran Zand, of Luxury Estates International. The brokerage is marketing the home as the "crown jewel" of One Queensridge Place, which is located about 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.

If it sells for its asking price, it would be one of the most expensive condos to sell in the city, according to sales records on Redfin.

Mr. Lowrie did not immediately return request for comment.

The developer had a type of mosaic tiling, called pietra dura, inlaid throughout the triplex, creating colorful floral patterns in the floors and ceilings. An over-the-top example of the decoration is a bathroom covered floor to ceiling in inlaid bouquets of sunflowers, roses and daffodils and a spattering of butterflies around double shower heads.

A number of other design details make the home feel like a Las Vegas-style European castle, including Jerusalem stone tiling in the condo’s second-floor bedrooms and office spaces. There are eight bedrooms and seven full bathrooms in total.

The main floor of the home is centered on a two-story great room with a full bar that leads out onto a columned rooftop terrace.

The developer also played off the Bellagio hotel lobby’s canopy of colorful glass florets by installing a smaller version in the halls and in an exceedingly opulent master bathroom.

The triplex also has a home theater, library and private elevator.

"For Las Vegas, to have a three-level penthouse at the top of a condominium is priceless," Mr. Zand said.
