Built in 1960, the 1.44-acre property on East Inlet Drive was the longtime home of Gabrielle Kuvin and her late husband, Dr. Sanford F. Kuvin who practiced internal medicine and cardiology, according to property records.

The two-story house has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, marble floors and a pool, according to the listing. This oceanfront home had been owned by the Kuvin family since the mid-1960s. Listing records show the property hit the market for $34.6 million through Christian Angle Real Estate in April 2015, shortly after Dr. Kuvin’s death in February. Mr. Angle declined to comment. Lawrence Moens of Lawrence A. Moens Associates, who confirmed the $14.64 million sale price, was the broker when the sale went through.

Mr. Miller, the reported new owner, is a local developer in Palm Beach who comes from a prominent real estate family. His father, Robert L. Miller is the head MLR Management LLC in Tequesta, Florida. The Miller family’s real estate projects have included marinas, resorts, and shopping centers across Florida.
