A new listing at Manhattan’s 443 Greenwich, a Tribeca building that’s been a bonafide hotbed of celebrity real estate activity, hit the market Thursday with an asking price of $12.5 million.

The four-bedroom apartment spans 3,667-square-feet and has four-and-a-half bathrooms, 11 windows, a gourmet chef's kitchen, wide plank white oak floors and refurbished original wood beams and columns.

It also comes with access to the building’s amenities, including a valet, a 71-foot indoor swimming pool, a playroom, a landscaped roof terrace and a fitness center

The building is "privacy personified," according to the listing with Corcoran’s Carrie Chiang, Ben Elesh and Richard Phan, who did not immediately respond to request for comment.

Property records show the owner bought the home for $3.72 million a little more than a year ago, in February 2017, according to property records.

The asking price for the home at the time had been $10.95 million.

Other residents at Tribeca’s former-book bindery turned luxury condominium include Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, Jennifer Lawrence, Justin Timberlake, Formula One star Lewis Hamilton and Harry Styles, according to the Real Deal.

Actor Mike Myers owned in the building too, for a brief week-long spell, before flipping it last year.
