Los Angeles Clippers star DeAndre Jordan is selling his Malibu mansion for $6.5 million.

The 29-year-old center listed his contemporary five-bedroom home in the guard-gated Serra Retreat in Malibu Canyon hills on Thursday. The deeply religious basketball player bought the estate next to a Franciscan Catholic retreat for $5.075 million a little more than a year ago.

A company managed by Mr. Jordan signed the deed to the home, property records show.

His updates over the past year have included adding a rustic wooden bar off the kitchen and replacing the flooring with hardwood. He drew attention to the exposed beams by re-staining them and updating the home theater, according to listing images with Jordan Cohen of Re/Max Olson & Associates. The listing agent did not immediately return request for comment.

The home reveals Mr. Jordan added a few top amenities for kids—he has a toddler—including a towering teepee in the backyard and a whimsical, custom "time-out" chair. There’s also a pool, hot tub and large jungle gym.
