"Austin Powers" actor Mike Myers put his SoHo penthouse back on the market Wednesday for $13.95 million, $3 million less than its original asking price.

A trust connected to the 54-year-old comedian purchased the condo for $7.98 million in 2007, property records show. The home was first listed in 2015 for $16.95 million, but was taken off the market a few months later after a price drop to $15.95 million.

The four-bedroom Mercer Street duplex spans 4,204 square feet and has four-and-a-half bathrooms, direct elevator entry, high ceilings, a balcony, a private and landscaped roof deck, an overhead skylight, white oak hardwood floors, a wall of custom crafted bookshelves and monthly fees of almost $11,000, according to the listing with Compass’s Leonard Steinberg, Herve Senequier, Amy Mendizabal and Calli Sarkesh, who declined to comment on the listing.

Mr. Myers turned house flipper last year, when he and his wife Kelly Tisdale used the same trust to purchase—and then very quickly sell—a unit at Tribeca’s celebrity-laden 443 Greenwich. The pair closed on the four-bedroomapartment last December for $14.67 million, listed it in January for $15 million and sold it in March for $14 million, a loss, property records show.

A representative for Mr. Myers, who more recently has been hosting ABC’s "The Gong Show," did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
