Oscar-winning English actor Sir. Michael Caine and his wife, Shakira, have sold their Miami Beach condo, according to property records.

Mr. Caine, 84, sold the apartment on South Pointe Drive for $7.45 million on Dec. 21, property records filed on Tuesday show. The buyer of the home—which was last asking $7.8 million—was the limited liability company Apogee 701, according to records.

Built in 2008, the apartment is within the Apogee South Beach, a 22-story building with 67 residences, each with private elevator entry. The four-bedroom unit spans 4,154 square feet and has a media room, water views and 2,440-square-feet of exterior space, which includes a summer kitchen, according to the listing with John Lennon of South Pointe Drive Realty, who did not respond to requests for comment.

The two-time Oscar winner, best known for his roles in “The Cider House Rules,” “The Italian Job” and “Hannah and Her Sisters,” bought the property in 2008 for $4.07 million, listing records show. The condo was first listed for sale in 2010 for $6.99 million. More recently, the property has been on and off the market since 2016, once asking as much as $12.9 million.

A representative for Mr. Caine could not be reached for comment.
