Oscar-winning English actor Sir. Michael Caine and his wife, Shakira, have sold their Miami Beach condo, according toproperty records.
Mr. Caine, 84, sold the apartment on South Pointe Drive for $7.45 million on Dec. 21, property records filed on Tuesday show. The buyer of the home—which was last asking $7.8 million—was the limited liability company Apogee 701, according to records.

Built in 2008, the apartment is within the Apogee South Beach, a 22-story building with 67 residences, each with private elevator entry. The four-bedroom unit spans 4,154 square feet and has a media room, water views and 2,440-square-feet of exterior space, which includes a summer kitchen, according to the listing with John Lennon of South Pointe Drive Realty, who did not respond to requests for comment.
The two-time Oscar winner, best known for his roles in "The Cider House Rules," "The Italian Job" and "Hannah and Her Sisters," bought the property in 2008 for $4.07 million, listing records show. The condo was first listed for sale in 2010 for $6.99 million. More recently, the property has been on and off the market since 2016, once asking as much as $12.9 million.

A representative for Mr. Caine could not be reached for comment.
