Andrew Christian, the founder and head designer of his eponymous men’s underwear company, has listed his homes in Los Angeles, and Key West, Florida, for $4.199 million and $1.265 million respectively, according to property listings.

Born and raised in California, Mr. Christian founded his company in 2001 and has made frequent appearances on reality shows including Bravo's "The Fashion Show," "Millionaire Matchmaker" and "RuPaul's Drag Race."

Mr. Christian, 39, purchased the conch-style 1,009-square-foot cottage in Key West with his business partner, Jeff White, for $952,000 in 2015, according to property records. Tax records show they bought it from Keith Strickland, the founding member of the 1980s new wave band The B-52s.

With two bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms, the cottage was built in 1918 and has been renovated into a contemporary bungalow, which is tucked away at the end of a quiet lane, according to the listing. Shortly after Mr. Christian and Mr. White purchased the property in 2015, it was first listed for sale in February 2016 for $1.5 million. Now the bungalow is available with an almost quarter million dollar discount at $1.265 million. The listing agent for this bungalow couldn’t be reached for comment.

The L.A.-based designer is also selling his all-steel, custom-built house in Los Angeles. Sitting on the hillside of Beachwood Canyon, the 3,000-square-foot, glass-walled cube has three bedrooms, three baths and panoramic city and hills views, the listing shows.

Alin Glogovicean of Redfin is the listing agent for this property. Mr. Glogovicean acquired the listing a week ago, and said many brokers and potential buyers have shown interest in this house but no offers have been made yet.

"The stunning view and construction are the biggest selling points," Mr. Glogovicean said. "Most houses in this area are wood-built, but this one is steel and very sturdy."

Mr. Glogovicean confirmed Mr. Christian is the seller. According to property records, Mr. Christian bought the house in 2012 for $2.56 million and is now listing it for $4.199 million.
