Actor Matthew Perry has sold his modern Los Angeles home by the Sunset Strip for $12.5 million, according to property records.
Mr. Perry, 48, famous for playing Chandler Bing on the hit sitcom "Friends," publicly listed the three-bedroom mid-century house for four months last year for $13.5 million before taking it off the market in October. It’s now sold in what appears to be an off-market deal logged in property records 10 days ago.

The buyer is listed in records under a California company called Jungle Kerry, Inc.
The 3,800-square-foot home was built in 1962 in the style of the iconic "Case Study Houses," three dozen houses commissioned from major architects in the era of efficiency post-WWII.
The minimalist interiors and floor-to-ceiling glass windows put focus on the expansive views of downtown Los Angeles and Century City. The property also boasts more contemporary amenities like an infinity pool and dramatic fire pit, according to the former listing with Greg Holcomb and Cassandra Petersen of Pacific Union.
The home is located in the Bird Streets, a celebrity-filled neighborhood in West Hollywood. Notable residents in the area include Leonardo DiCaprio, Jodie Foster and Keanu Reeves, Mansion Global has previously reported.
The custom home includes a master suite that opens directly out onto the pool area, and a screening room with a built-in aquarium.
Mr. Perry has upgraded to a $20 million 40th-floor penthouse at the new Century development in Century City. He purchased the home in the Robert A.M. Stern-designed tower in July, Mansion Global previously reported.
