The former “Friends” star, best known for playing Joey Tribbiani on the popular sitcom, recently told late-night talk show host James Corden that he only agreed to join the U.K.’s “Top Gear”  as a host because he needed a job.

But Mr. LeBlanc may be downplaying his current success. In addition to starring in the U.K.-U.S. series “Episodes,” which will end after this season, he’s got a new sitcom, “Man with a Plan,” coming to CBS in the U.S. this fall. And now he’s likely to catch another financial windfall, putting his Pacific Palisades home on the market for $8.75 million, according to Variety.

The nearly 4,000-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bathroom Spanish-style villa is on a lot that’s a bit less than an acre (though it doesn’t have a pool, it does have a hot tub). According to Variety, Mr. LeBlanc bought the house for $7.4 million in 2012 and rented it out for $12,995 per month.

The celebrity saturated coastal neighborhood has been home to other stars, like Conan O’Brien and Matt Damon.

And according to the listing, an adjacent. larger property in the neighborhood is also for sale, for $9.25 million, and could be purchased and combined for someone with a larger budget. View the listing
