A Renovated Estate in Palm Beach, Florida, Sells for a Record $71.85 Million A 2-acre landmarked estate with 180 feet of water frontage and a dock in Palm Beach, Florida, has sold via an off-market deal for $71.85 million, a price record for a lakefront home in the county. The sellers were Robb E. Turner, an energy financier and entrepreneur, and his wife, Lydia, who bought the property three years ago for $27 million and carried out an extensive renovation.
