A minimalist dream compound with a $60,000 bathtub hit the market for nearly $25 million on Monday in the exclusive Los Angeles suburb of Holmby Hills.

The 12,600-square-foot new build is a white, geometric castle built into the hillside of Bel Air Road, where massive, wall-sized windows overlooking Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean are the focal points of otherwise undressed interiors, newly released photos of the property show.

Tariq Jalil, a television and movie producer-turned-developer, commissioned the project through his real estate company, J&L Development, according to property records. Mr. Jalil’s work in Hollywood includes producing "Game of Silence," an NBC remake of a Turkish drama series, and "Marmaduke," a 2010 comedy starring Owen Wilson and Emma Stone.

Though minimalist in its design, this new construction boasts something far from an ascetic lifestyle.

The luxury property, designed by Cain Calderon Leon, incorporates $1 million in Portuguese limestone, has a $60,000 tub in one of the two master bathrooms, and a few $6,000 toilets, according to the listing agents, Aaron Kirman, president of Aaroe Estates, the luxury property division of John Aaroe Group, and Louis Evans.

This Porcelanosa tub in the "her" master bathroom cost $60,000.

The spa room even has its own electric massage chair with a pedicure whirlpool.

On the more masculine side of the amenity list is a smoking room, branded with Cohiba luxury Cuban cigars, and a five-car garage with tinted windows.

Other entertainment areas include an outdoor bar and 60-foot pool, and a climate-controlled wine room with space for 600 bottles. For guests who don’t want to leave—let’s face it, who would?—there’s a separate two-bedroom, two-bathroom guest house steps from the main residence.
