Since Prince died in April at the age of 57, various news outlets have reported on the beloved musician’s prodigious property portfolio. In addition to his famous Paisley Park mansion outside of Minneapolis, there was a house in Marbella and a substantial estate in the Caribbean enclave of Turks & Caicos.
Prince reportedly purchased the 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom island home, which includes “a tennis court, 200 foot boat dock and its own private white sand beach,” in 2010 for $12 million.
