To live like supermodel Cindy Crawford and hospitality entrepreneur Rande Gerber, you’ll have to fork over $60 million. That’s the price tag the couple has placed on their secluded beachfront Malibu mansion.
Ms. Crawford and Mr. Gerber, who are both in their 50s, bought the 5,254-square-foot beachfront property, which dates back to 1944, as an investment opportunity for $50.5 million just last year, according to Trulia and property records.
The couple actually live nearby with their two teenage children, Presley and Kaia, which no doubt made it easy to oversee renovations on the now-for-sale home.
The finished house is set on three acres of land and boasts a great room with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, a large wraparound deck with a fire pit, a tennis court and a three-car garage, according to the listing for the property.
It has a total of four-bedrooms and the large ocean view master suite has a fireplace, sitting area and two separate spa-like baths.
Chris Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency Homes are marketing the property together. They did not respond to requests for comment. A representative for Ms. Crawford also did not respond to a request for comment.
This is not the only real estate move that Ms. Crawford and Mr. Gerber have made lately. Earlier this year, the couple and George Clooney and his wife Amal Clooney sold a pair of vacation homes they developed together in Los Cabos on the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja peninsula for $100 million, according to TMZ.

Mr. Gerber, a nightlife entrepreneur, and Mr. Clooney have been friends for many years and own tequila brand Casamigos Tequila.
