A penthouse that Donald Trump built for his parents has hit the market with an asking price of $23 million.

Penthouse 63L of Trump Tower on 721 Fifth Avenue is right below the presumptive Republican presidential nominee’s own penthouse, according to listing agent Dolly Lenz, owner of Dolly Lenz Real Estate.

After the elder Trumps moved out 15 years ago, the penthouse was rented by Michael Jackson for a record $100,000 a month until a billionaire mogul bought it. The family is now moving to Florida, says Ms. Lenz.

Soaring 63 stories above Fifth Avenue, the grand-scale customized penthouse features breathtaking views of Central Park framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. “It has 28 windows with West, South, and North exposures; the views are absolutely spectacular,” says Lenz.

The 3,725-square-foot home combined two penthouses, including four bedrooms, and four and a half bathrooms. There’s a black absolute granite and marble gallery, a grand double living room with a backdrop of Central Park, and an oversized cherry wood-paneled library.

The master bedroom suite features a private dressing room, en-suite onyx bathroom and large closets.

Trump Tower is a full service, white-glove condominium with high-end amenities and services. Residents include celebrities, athletes and some of the world’s most affluent people. “There is no better and more prestigious place than the Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue. Everything you can imagine is at your fingertips,” says Lenz.
