The apartment features a large terrace with views of the East River

Save

Location:  New York

Price: $13.5 million The duplex residence is located at River House, a co-op building in Manhattan’s east Midtown neighborhood. The tower has had many famous residents, including former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and actress Uma Thurman. “It really has the feeling of a house,” said Joshua Wesoky of Compass, one of the listing agents. With interiors by designer Bunny Williams, the apartment is on the 16th and 17th floors of the 26-story building. It has views of the East River.  “The layout is, in my opinion, perfect because all of the public spaces are on the main level,” said Wesoky. The living room leads to a terrace overlooking the East River. Three bedroom suites are on the second level. Wesoky declined to identify the owners, but said they’re selling because they’re spending less time in New York. Agent: Joshua Wesoky and Steve Dawson of Compass View the full listing.
