Price: $19.8 million Perched on a rocky bluff overlooking two bays in Kapalua, the minimalist estate belongs to Australian landscape photographer Peter Lik. Known as Aura, the more than 4,000-square-foot home consists of three modern surf huts connected by wooden walkways. There is a central living hut with a kitchen, a living room and a den, as well as a master suite with its own lounge. The guest wing features two bedroom suites that face the island of Molokai. The three-bedroom house hit the market in February, according to listing agent Courtney Brown of Island Sotheby’s International Realty. “Homes of this caliber often do take some time on the market as buyers tend to come from off island,” she said.
