Location:  Paris

Price: €4.2 million (about $4.6 million) This top-floor renovated apartment is in Paris’s 7th Arrondissement. “It’s a very contemporary, open-plan, minimalist design,” said Mark Harvey, head of Knight Frank’s French residential network. Roddy Aris of Knight Frank is the agent for the property. The renovating architect replaced part of the roof above the living room with a glass panel. The base of the Eiffel Tower is visible from a window, and the rest of the landmark can be seen through the sloping roof. “That’s sort of the million dollar shot,” said Harvey. The roughly 1,450-square-foot apartment is situated on the seventh floor of an early 20th-century building. It is the only apartment on this level, with the exception of a studio apartment next door. The same owner is selling the studio for an additional cost. The owner was not available for comment. Agent: Roddy Aris, Knight Frank View the full listing.
