Roddy Aris of Knight Frank is the agent for the property. The renovating architect replaced part of the roof above the living room with a glass panel. The base of the Eiffel Tower is visible from a window, and the rest of the landmark can be seen through the sloping roof. “That’s sort of the million dollar shot,” said Harvey. The roughly 1,450-square-foot apartment is situated on the seventh floor of an early 20th-century building. It is the only apartment on this level, with the exception of a studio apartment next door.
