There’s also a wine cellar—complete with a humidor—off the library on the first floor. “You can pour a glass of cognac and then sit on the private deck and smoke a cigar,” said Noble. “It’s a man’s dream come true.” The estate also features a 477-foot-long deep-water dock, which stretches over the wetlands to the open water. Additional Perks The listing includes an option to purchase a membership to the Kiawah Island Club, which features two golf courses, a beach club, day spa, fitness center and boating facilities, as well as upscale restaurants and bars. Neighborhood Notes The estate is located in the Preserve—a neighborhood comprised of forests, wetlands and marsh savannahs.
