Extensive renovations brought the size to more than 20,000 square feet. “There are big, detailed rooms that feel intimate,” said listing agent Joseph Barbieri of Sotheby’s International Realty. The house has eight bedrooms, ten full bathrooms and four partial bathrooms. The living and dining areas overlook the foliage-covered grounds. Italian mosaics surround the indoor swimming pool. More than five miles of roads wind through the property. “The house looks down on Lake Susan, which has its own island,” said Barbieri. The property features a tennis court, a greenhouse and manicured lawns.
