This stylish lakefront contemporary is the longtime home of Paulo Bacchi, CEO of the Brazilian furnishings house Artefacto. Paulo and wife, Lais, bought the 1962 home 16 years ago when they moved to Miami from Brazil.

As you enter the house, you step into a foyer, and then to the left is the living room and its vaulted ceilings, which flows into the dining room and kitchen. All of the public spaces have marble floors.
To the right, from the foyer, there is "another living room that they use more as a family room," Mr. Carvajal said.
Most of the bedrooms on the main floor, with the large and very private master suite upstairs. "The master has really pretty views of the lake," he said.

Downtown Coral Gables, which has "offices, restaurants, stores and shopping" is about 10 minutes away, Mr. Carvajal said. "There is a little bit of everything there."
Miami Beach is about 20 minutes away, he said.
