In addition to new single “Perfect Illusion,” pop diva Lady Gaga is reportedly debuting a new real estate property in her portfolio. The singer/performance artist is said to have bought Frank Zappa’s estate in the Hollywood Hills for $5.25 million.

Although the buyer’s identity is shielded behind a trust, the beneficiary is believed to be Lady Gaga, according to Variety.

The Zappa Estate seems like the perfect fit for Lady Gaga (whose real name is Stefanie Germanotta). The 7,000-square-foot quasi-Tudor-style house has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, and features the so-called “Utility Muffin Research Kitchen,” the recording studio that Zappa built at the property and where he recorded several songs.

Zappa purchased the property in the mid-1970s for around $75,000, and he lived, worked, and raised his family there until his death in 1993. It remained in the hands of his widow, Gail Zappa, until she died in October of 2015, according to Variety.

It came to the market over the summer with an asking price of $5.49 million. Listing agent Rayni Williams of Hilton & Hyland confirmed the sale price was $5.25 million, but declined to comment on the identity of the buyer.

Sitting on over half an acre, the property includes a rooftop tennis court, a large swimming pool, gardens, patios, a greenhouse and two guest cottages.

Although she’s a native New Yorker, Lady Gaga has other properties in California. In 2014, She bought a Mediterranean villa on a six-acre piece of land with ocean views in Malibu for $23 million, according to Variety. Her net worth, estimated by Forbes early this year, is $275 million.
