Kirsten Dunst has just trimmed the price of her fashionable SoHo loft apartment by a half-million dollars to $4.5 million despite it only being on the market for little over a month.

The attractive downtown Manhattan spread boasts impressive river views through oversized arched windows and has a private elevator, according to the listing.

Property records showed that the 34-year-old "Fargo" actress bought the home for $3.09 million in 2007. They listed Toluca Lake Property Trust as the owner, which has the same address as Ms. Dunst’s production company, Wooden Spoon Productions.

Since the purchase, the two-bedroom apartment, which is perched atop an eight-unit pre-war building on Canal Street, has been gut renovated, according to the listing.

During the renovation, the actress, who according to various media reports recently got engaged to "Fargo" co-star Jesse Plemons, clearly brought her unique sense of style and love of vintage to the apartment. It has been furnished with a mix of modern pieces and antiques, pictures of the apartment show.

Other features include 11-foot ceilings, wooden flooring throughout, a large open plan living area, a sizable kitchen decked out with marble countertops and an adjacent dining area.

The spacious master suite, meanwhile, comes with a brand new en-suite bathroom with a vintage clawfoot soaking tub, separate shower and mosaic tiled floors.
