Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are unloading a Soho penthouse for $7.995 million—a year after the star couple picked up a more luxurious penthouse down the road.

The home they’re selling, which they put on the market last Friday, is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condo atop Soho Mews, a new luxury development on West Broadway. Mr. Timberlake, 37, bought the home in 2010 for $6.567 million through a limited liability company and his long-time business manager, according to property records.

The roughly 2,600-square-foot home has a wraparound terrace with a curtain wall of glass, according to the listing with Stribling agents Jared Seligman and Evan Danzig.

There are 10-foot ceilings, a gas fireplace and custom wood paneling "for optimal art display," the listing says.

Bonus features include wine storage and heated floors in the master bathroom.

The well-heeled residents of Soho Mews get 24-hour concierge service, a common garden and fitness center.

The celebrity couple got an upgrade last year when they closed on a $20 million penthouse at 443 Greenwich—a former factory converted into a luxury condo that has filled up with household names. Other famous owners at their new address reportedly include Jennifer Lawrence, Blake Lively, Meg Ryan and Rebel Wilson.
