“Mad Men” star Jon Hamm is renting out his Manhattan penthouse for $14,995 a month.
Mr. Hamm, 46, who played the troubled, cheating ad executive Don Draper on the hit AMC series, bought the two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in 2013 for $2.45 million with his then-girlfriend Jennifer Westfeldt, according to property records.
He and Ms. Westfeldt, an actress and screenwriter, later split but still share ownership of the apartment by Central Park on the Upper West Side, records show.
The sun-filled apartment is at the top of a 10-story building built by architect Rosario Candela in the 1920s. Mr. Hamm’s apartment has two terraces and window-lined dining room with two skylights, according to the listing with Corcoran agent Gino Filippone. The brokerage declined to comment on the listing.
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and access to one of the two balconies. There’s also a wood-burning fireplace, integrated sound system and a Lindsey Adelman chandelier.
What makes the perfect neighbor? How about rich AND generous?
